Our gorgeous DIY Christmas tree decorations are ready to order! Ready to stand out on the tree, mantle piece or wall this festive season.

Every part of this product is customisable! You can use your own photos - not just Pop-ins, you can add our custom New Zealand themed Christmas wreath or our beautiful star design or not, add your child's name, DOB or First Christmas, it's absolutely up to you!

Pop-in fans: if you want to ensure your Christmas decoration arrives before Santa comes, the last date for ordering is NOVEMBER 30th 2025, further orders can be placed after this date but may not arrive until after the holiday period.

If you have lots of stickers to apply to ruby's or need a little help applying your sticker, this year we have our Super Squeegee available to purchase!  This is the same size as the decoration and has a handy felt tip to ensure you don't scratch your sticker when you smooth it down.  Use the same way as a the card method.

✍ Note

Our Christmas ornaments arrive unassembled, the ornament, string and two custom stickers are ready to apply to the front and the back.

Please allow at least 14 working days for the production of your custom made items.

🤔 Trouble shooting:

- Ensure you have your photo downloaded and saved to your device before beginning

- Make sure you are using a high resolution "Printable" photo

- You will need access to a strong internet connection, if you are having trouble we have even had customers sit next to their modem to ensure a good strong connection.

- If the personalisation tool is not working on your mobile device, try a pc/laptop

- Still having trouble?  Get in touch and we are happy to help.  Sometimes when you are using a photo on the front and back of the Ruby it has trouble uploading it... get in touch and we can work around it!
